The Large Extra Wide MaxiComforter is the biggest chair in Golden's Comforter line: a 29" wide seat and a lift rated to 600 lbs. The arms are extra-padded and extend forward, so there is something solid to push on getting in and out.
MaxiComfort® positioning lets the backrest and footrest work together, and the chair stops at any position rather than three fixed ones.

Before you order — two practical things
Measure the wall. This chair needs 21" of clearance behind it when reclined.
Get the size right. This is Golden's widest chair in this line, built for a larger person who needs room to sit comfortably and a lift strong enough to stand them up smoothly. Measure the doorways on the way in — the chair is wide — and compare the seat height with a chair the person already finds easy to get out of. If you are unsure, call us and we will talk it through.
Choosing your fabric
The first five swatches are included at no extra charge. They are this chair's standard Easy Living fabrics — a soft, stain-resistant weave. Everything after them is an upgrade, and the price is shown on the swatch when you select it. Upgrade fabrics cost more on this chair than on standard sizes because it takes considerably more material to cover.
